Are you avoiding the 10 most expensive mistakes that cost business owners money?

Hello,

My name is Michael Favazza, CPA and I would like to tell you why my firm is perfect for your business. As an entrepreneur myself I have personally experienced very similar challenges, obstacles, and successes that all business owners face every day.

I have been a CPA for over 25 years serving in St. Louis and St. Charles county, and it has been my passion to help hundreds of businesses and individuals have a better understanding of their taxes, and accounting. I can help you use your accounting to be more successful.

My fees are reasonable, affordable, and since we will be meeting frequently to talk about your business there will be no BIG tax surprises at tax time.

With statistics showing that 85% of business owners are currently using QuickBooks for their accounting needs, it makes my firm unique as we are QuickBooks Pro Advisors.

Often when choosing a new CPA there is major concern as where to begin. Rest assured that we will make the transition seamless. Whether you are an existing business or a new business the steps are very similar. We will:

Evaluate your business’s needs

  • We will evaluate your books and chart of accounts. We will identify areas for improvement. This gives us a better understanding of the history of your business and where you can improve its results.

Planning and setting goals

  • We will discuss your business plan and who your targeted customers are.
  • We will figure out how to get more of those customers.

Making an initial checklist of items needed to get started

  • We will give you a monthly or quarterly checklist to keep organized.
  • We will streamline the process of gathering your information that we need.

Most clients prefer not to mail anything. We are given online access to all accounts to retrieve
information needed such as bank statements, credit card statements, loan balances, etc. This
relieves the stress of the owner gathering documents and turning them in timely.

Breaking up is hard to do

We understand that often the “leaving” your prior accountant is the hardest part. Most people find they like the accountant they use but are just no longer meeting the needs of their business. To make the transition smooth our firm will write a professional letter introducing ourselves as the new CPA firm handling your needs and provide a list of information that we need from them. We do it all for you.

I would like the opportunity to learn more about your business and how we can work to build on your business success.

Sincerely,

Michael R. Favazza, CPA
